Ordering a Cue

New Ordering Policy – Effective March 3, 2010

As of March 3, 2010, I will only accept 12 orders per year. Once the 12 spots are filled up, I will not take another order until March 1st of the following year, at which point, i will accept another 12 orders.  In order to get on the list, please contact me through the contact form to verify that a spot is available.  Once I have confirmed a spot is available, we may begin working on the design of the cue.  Once we have an agreed on design, I will supply you with a breakdown of the cue and a price.

• You can expect your order to take between 12 and 18 months to complete.  Idealy all cues will be shipped delivered to the Buyer at the Super Billiards Expo the following year.  Simpler cues will more than likely be finished up before that time.

• I will not take any orders for cues without points unless they are ordered as a set with a pointed cue.  If a non pointed cue is ordered along with a pointed cue as a set, it will only count as one spot on the list.

• All orders will require a deposit in the amount of $500 or 25% of the price of the cue, whichever is greater.  Please note that your spot on the list is not confirmed until a deposit is received.

• I will not look at a picture of a cue made by somebody else and make a copy of it for you.  If that's what you want, you should contact the cue maker who made it.

• Once the order is finalized, you will send an email, outlining all specs and confirming the price.

• Once the cue is completed, I will contact the customer and arrange final payment and delivery. If I do not hear from the customer after 30 days of contact, the cue will be offered for sale and the deposit will be forfeited.  If you are having difficulties at the time is ready, please let me know.  I am more than willing to wait for you, but I need to hear from you.  If I don't, I can only assume that you no longer want the cue.

• If I take longer than 18 months to complete the cue, the customer, at its option will be entitled to a refund of their deposit.  There may be situations where the cue could take longer than 18 months to build.  If that is the case, the customer will be notified while we are finalizing the order.

• In addition to the cues on my list, I will have some other cues for sale from time to time. These normally don't last long, so check back frequently.
